662548Pentart thick water based gels can be used to create various textures with stencils and can be used as a glue and as a base medium. There are two versions matte and glossy they stick to any surface easily they can be coloured and they dry flexible. They are excellent for mixed media projects and art journaling. The glossy dries fully transparent so can also be used to decorate glass. The matte dries with an opal finish.
